The February Deanery Synod meeting is next week

Hello All,

The First Deanery Synod of 2023 is next weeks with a focus on ministering to Asylum Seekers. We’re being graciously hosted by Christ Church Feltham (Hanworth Rd, Feltham TW13 5AB) and we look forward to seeing you all there. We’ll be meeting on Wednesday the 8th February at 7.30pm, with refreshments served from 7pm. Our speaker will be Rev Jonathan Samadi, vicar of St Mary’s Staines.

This synod we’re hoping for a participation heavy event featuring series of conversations and interviews that would provoke conversations among the deanery synod members and hopefully spark ideas. Bring your questions and issues around ministering to asylum seekers at your church.

Please make sure to mark the 8th of February into your diary and feel free to reach out to Rev Andy Watkins, the Deanery Community Champion, if you have any questions on this event.
